It comes fully furnished and equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property features two sizable bedrooms, and upon request, baby equipment can be provided at no additional cost. Additionally, there is an enclosed garden, BBQ facilities, and cellar space available, making it pet-friendly. :: DescriptionThis delightful gite offers a maximum capacity of 5 people, plus a baby. With a surface area of 75 m2, it offers a comfortable and spacious stay.
Upstairs, there are two generous bedrooms, one of which is a through room. On the ground floor, you will find a newly furnished living room and open kitchen, a modern bathroom with an Italian shower, and a separate toilet.
The first bedroom upstairs features a comfortable double bed (160x200), a TV lounge, and a DVD player. The second bedroom offers three single beds (90x190), which can be rearranged according to your preferences. A cot is available upon request.
The gite is well-equipped with amenities such as WI-FI, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a microwave, a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, and a multifunctional food processor.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and the enclosed garden. There is also an electric barbecue (plancha) for your use. For cyclists, there is a secure room for bicycles and repairs. Private parking is available in the common courtyard shared with the owners.
Entertainment options include board games, table football, and a library stocked with books for all ages, including regional and novels.
If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide necessary equipment such as a cot, high chair, and changing mat. Bed linen and towels are included in our rates, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
We are happy to welcome your furry friends as well (contract required).
