Situated in the picturesque region of Cotignac, in the heart of Provence, this charming house offers a tranquil escape. Built in 1850, it is nestled in its own valley, surrounded by vineyards. The delightful village of Cotignac is just 500 meters away.

The house boasts a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing in the shade or basking in the sun. Additionally, there is a spacious covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco.

Spread across three floors, the house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A laundry machine is also available in the laundry room. The kitchen opens up to the dining area, creating a seamless flow between the two spaces.

Next to the dining area, the living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, providing a cozy spot to unwind. The house offers three bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets for added comfort. There is also one bathroom, one shower room, and a separate toilet.

Bed linens and towels are provided, and a cleaning service is available at the end of the stay for an additional fee of €60. A deposit of one-third of the rental price is required, with the remaining balance due one month before arrival.

Welcome to Cotignac, a charming village in the heart of Provence. Our house, built in 1850, is nestled in its own valley overlooking the picturesque vineyards. Just 500 meters away from the village, you'll find a peaceful retreat that combines old-world charm with modern amenities.

Relax on our lovely terrace, where you can soak up the sun or find shade under the trees. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a large covered terrace perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.

The house is spread across three floors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen opens onto the dining area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The living room, located next to the dining area, features two comfortable sofas for lounging.

With three bedrooms, our house can accommodate up to six guests. Two bedrooms offer double beds, while the other two have twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. There is one bathroom, one shower room, and a separate toilet for added convenience.
