The farmhouse underwent renovations in 2012 and is situated on a 5,000 m² park filled with various species of trees, offering plenty of seating areas for relaxation. Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the TGV high-speed train station and the nearest motorway exit. A quick train ride of 55 minutes will take you to Paris, while a car journey of 2 and a half hours will bring you to the capital. Additionally, Tours center is a mere 15 minutes away and Amboise Dierre aerodrome is only a 10-minute drive for light aircraft owners. We are more than happy to assist with flight planning.Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a spacious living room boasting a grand fireplace that dominates an area of over 60m². On the first floor, we offer three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and toilets. Guests can also enjoy a game of billiards or a quiet read in our mezzanine area. Our property provides private parking and a secure storage room for bicycles, fishing gear, golf clubs, or any other equipment.
During pleasant weather, guests have the opportunity to picnic in the shade of the trees in our garden. You will appreciate the tranquility and the authentic charm of our house, with the reflections of the Cher river visible at all times.
