Come and stay in our cozy apartment nestled in the charming rue du Commerce area, right in the heart of Paris. With just a few steps away from iconic attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Paris Expo at Porte de Versailles, our location is perfect for exploring the city.Your romantic attic room, with its own private entrance, is spacious and covers over 20 sqm. It features a comfortable double bed and beautiful terra cotta flooring. Additionally, you will have access to your own private bathroom, complete with a bathtub, shower, and a separate toilet for your convenience.
The nightly rate for one or two guests is 130€, which includes a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.

Our B&B is situated in the 15th arrondissement, which is the largest and most populous out of the 20 districts in Paris. It is located in the neighborhood of rue du Commerce, one of the busiest shopping streets in Paris, positioned between the Eiffel Tower and Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Both attractions are within walking distance from our B&B. You can easily reach the main landmarks of Paris in under 30 minutes from your room. The Champs-Elysées, Grands Magasins at Boulevard Haussmann, and Montmartre can be accessed by taking bus 80 or using metro line 12 from Vaugirard station. To visit Saint Germain des Près, Quartier Latin, or Le Marais, you can take bus 70 or metro line 10 from Emile Zola station. Bus 39 will take you to the Louvre, Grands Boulevards, and Canal Saint Martin. For a trip to the Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Madeleine, Opéra, or Bastille, you can use metro line 8 from Commerce station.
