LE SOLEILLANT: This delightful apartment in the Provençal style measures 50 square yards and offers air conditioning for a comfortable stay for up to five people.ENTRANCE: The apartment has its own separate entrance, and there is the option to park a car in the private and secure yard.
GARDEN: Your own private garden, shaded by a mulberry tree and a "platane" (plane tree), is equipped with a table, garden chairs, sun loungers, and hammocks. The refreshing basin with its red fish adds to the tranquil atmosphere.
OUTSIDE: The shared swimming pool features a reverse stream swimming function and a hydro-jet for ultimate relaxation. The pool house, fully furnished, is a great place to unwind, and the pergola adorned with flowers adds to the charm (the swimming pool and pool house are shared with other guests).
LIVING-ROOM: The spacious living and dining area measures 24 square yards and features a large picture window that opens to a 50 square yards garden and terrace. The couch can be converted into two pullout beds, accommodating one person each. The fully furnished kitchen includes a stove with four hotplates, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a multi-purpose kitchen-aid, and an electric coffee-maker. Other amenities include a color TV, telephone, and access to the mezzanine.
MEZZANINE: The mezzanine is accessible and offers a comfortable queen size bed and a large closet.
BEDROOM: There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious closet.
BATHROOM: The apartment includes a bathroom with a sink, shower, bidet, and a washing machine. There is also a separate restroom.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Electric heating and a cooling tower ensure a comfortable temperature. Free ADSL internet access is available.
