Also located upstairs in the owners' house, the Terracotta bedroom spans around 25 m2. It offers a Queen Size bed and a private, independent bathroom measuring approximately 12m2. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the wooded park and its refreshing swimming pool from this room's stunning vantage point.

For a truly spacious retreat, the Océane Suite awaits you on the first floor of the owners' house. Spanning approximately 37 m2, this suite accommodates 2 to 4 guests and offers a garden view. Relax in the comfort of a large Queen Size bed and two twin beds (80x200). If desired, the two twin beds can be transformed into a large Queen Size bed (160×200). Please specify your preference at the time of booking.

Cottage for 4 people, measuring 65 m2.

Located on the ground floor, the cottage features a spacious living/dining room with two comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and more. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, as well as a convenient washing machine.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a 140x200 bed, while the second bedroom has two 80x200 beds that can be connected to form a 160x200 bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system for your comfort.

Outside, the cottage offers a private terrace complete with garden furniture, an electric plancha for your outdoor cooking needs, and private parking.
