You can rent our gîte for a minimum of 3 nights by signing a rental contract and paying a 30% deposit at the time of booking. There is a mandatory deposit of 300 . Additionally, we provide the convenience of having the beds made upon your arrival, with a charge of 8 per bed. For the end of your stay, we offer cleaning services for 80 per stay. Please note that there is a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night.

Welcome to our 3-star gîte, classified with 3 Clévacances keys. Our beautiful gîte Les Palmiers spans 110 m2 across 2 levels, offering a maximum capacity of 8 people. It is available to you all year round and boasts brand new, comfortable accommodations with wifi internet included. Whether you're looking to spend your holidays here, attend events, or simply be close to your friends and family, our gîte is the perfect choice.

Situated in the heart of Gémozac, you'll find all the necessary shops and medical services within walking distance. Our gîte is located within our property, Le Clos de Gémozac, which grants you access to local services for your convenience.

On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen featuring a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette grill. We have also provided basic necessities and household products for your comfort.

The living room offers an 80cm LED Smart TV screen for your entertainment.

The bathroom on the ground floor includes a vanity unit, a spacious walk-in shower (90x160 cm), a washing machine, and a heating/electric towel dryer. There are also separate toilets with a washbasin.

Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed (140x200), bedroom 2 has two single beds (90x200), and bedroom 3 offers a double bed (160x200) along with two single beds (90x190).

The bathroom on this floor includes a vanity unit, shower cubicle, toilets, and a heating/electric towel dryer.

Outside, you'll have a fully enclosed private garden at your disposal. This includes a terrace with tables and chairs, a barbecue, and a Tancarville. Additionally, we provide a table tennis table and a barbecue for your enjoyment.

Please note that there is a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, smoking is not permitted inside the gîte. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets due to our resident dogs and cats.
