Description for B&B:
The original house can be traced back to the Gallo-Roman era, as evidenced by the discovery of tiles, pottery, and amphorae in the surrounding area. La Grange, a stone farmhouse in Negro, showcases the typical architecture of the region, with vaulted rooms on the ground floor, Roman tiles, a covered terrace, and thick walls that provide a cool atmosphere. The large garden offers partial shade and is equipped with sun loungers, hammocks, and garden furniture, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the serene scenery. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique character. The Mediterranean Room, the Ardèche Room, and the Africa Room all offer comfortable accommodations. Additionally, guests have access to a large common room with vaulted ceilings, which includes a lounge area, a dining area, and tourist information.
The Mediterranean Room is located on the ground floor and can accommodate two adults and two young children. It is decorated in a Mediterranean style, predominantly featuring blue and white colors. The room has its own bathroom with a bath and toilet, as well as direct access to the garden.
The Ardèche Room is situated on the first floor and was originally a silk room, retaining its corner fireplaces. It consists of a double bed and a single bed and is adorned with various landscapes depicting the seasons of Ardèche. The room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The Africa Room, also located on the first floor, overlooks the terrace and is filled with natural light through its generously-sized arched windows. It can accommodate two people and includes a double bed, a shower room with a toilet, and a mezzanine. The room is decorated with souvenirs from our travels to Africa.
A hearty breakfast is provided, offering a variety of options such as hot drinks, fruit juice, bread, brioche, butter, jam, honey, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Guests are welcome to enjoy as much as they desire.
