PEYMEINADE COTE D'AZUR (Alpes-Maritimes): This charming 2 / 3 room cottage, measuring 46 m², is perfect for up to 4 people. It is situated on the ground floor of a character stone villa, with a shared 4m x 10m pool. The pool is heated by solar panels and surrounded by beautiful marble stone balusters. Additionally, there is a spacious and delightful 150 m² beach area with sun umbrellas and cushions for relaxation.

The cottage boasts an independent private garden with an outdoor table and barbecue. It is nestled in a quiet residential area under the shade of pine and olive trees, in the hinterland north of Grasse Cannes. This location offers the best of both worlds, with the sea and mountains nearby, as well as the picturesque Lake St Cassian (Var). It is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday, as the cottage is bright and sunny, overlooking a 300 m² private garden that offers complete independence and a southwest exposure.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, including golf, horse riding, beach outings, lake activities, hiking, exploring charming Provencal villages, visiting a casino, catching a movie, attending festivals, and even experiencing the wonders of Marineland.

The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, a 4-ring hob, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a coffee maker, and drying facilities. Upon request, a high chair and baby bath can be provided. The living area includes a dining table and chairs, a sofa bed, a television, and furniture. The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom contains bunk beds and a cupboard.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower, a vanity, and a toilet. Private parking is available, and a vehicle is required to reach the property.
