Situated 7 km from Grasse and 18 km from Cannes, our bed and breakfast offers two bedrooms and a family suite in a charming Provencal mas. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the hills of Grasse and the Cabris farm.Our property provides a peaceful and natural environment, with convenient on-site parking. It is the perfect base to explore the stunning Cote d'Azur region, with its picturesque villages and beautiful coastline. Directions
To reach our house from Nice airport, it will take approximately 45 minutes. If you are coming from Grasse, which is about a 15-minute drive away, take the D2562 road towards Draguignan. Pass through the village of Peymeinade and continue for 1km. After you see the Fiat garage on your right, make a left turn onto Avenue de Peygros, following the signpost for "Le Mas des Arts." Continue on this road for 2km, and you will find our house at number 219 on the left.
If you are driving from the Avignon-Nice motorway, take exit 39 towards Fayence. Follow the road along Lake St. Cassien towards Grasse. Pass through Val du Tignet and Peymeinade. After about 200m from the sign, make a right turn onto Avenue de Peygros. Drive for approximately 2km, and you will reach our house at number 219.
For those traveling from the Napoleon Road (Sisteron, Castellane, St Vallier), once you leave St Vallier de Thiey, take a right turn onto D4 towards Cabris. Continue on this road and follow the signs for Spéracédes - Peymeinade. When you reach the roundabout of the Valley of Tignet, take a left turn, and after 200 meters from the Peymeinade sign, make a right turn onto Avenue de Peygros. Drive for 2km, and you will arrive at our house, number 219.
