Situated on a property with a refreshing swimming pool, the apartment boasts a tranquil terrace overlooking a lush green area with trees.Part of a traditional Provencal farmhouse, this independent apartment spans a single floor and features a separate entrance, a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a cot bed, and the other with two single beds), two showers, and a private terrace. Guests also have access to the owners' swimming pool.
The apartment is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a pleasant stay, including a private washing machine, dishwasher, television, showers, and complimentary sheets and linens. Additional comforts include a wood stove and electric towel dryer in the bathrooms, as well as wifi access.

Directions
To reach the Gite du Rollier, depart from Maillane village and head towards Tarascon on the departmental road 32 (CD 32). Upon reaching the crossroads after passing the equestrian center, continue straight in the direction of Saint Etienne du Grès. Look for the first left turn which leads to the Gite du Rollier. You will find a small parking lot available for your convenience.
