Welcome to Maxime's House, a fully equipped accommodation perfect for family holidays. This house can accommodate up to 5 people, including babies and children. It features 2 bedrooms and a private outside space, along with a shared 11x5m swimming pool and car park, which is shared with only 2 other people.Maxime's House is semi-detached with Sarah's house but completely independent. It offers a large, quiet private terrace with garden furniture, nestled in the shade of a beautiful mélia tree. Inside, you will find modern amenities such as an 82cm LCD TV and DVD player. The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, cooker, and ironing facilities.
The bathroom includes a bath and washbasin, with a toilet located on the first floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Arrivals are expected between 5 and 7 P.M.
The shared swimming pool is open from May until the end of September, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Additionally, guests have access to a large 3000m2 garden.
Please note that Maxime's House is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 1 week. The bedding configuration includes a ground floor bed measuring 160x200, and three beds measuring 90x190 on the first floor.
The owners live on the property in a separate house, ensuring that assistance is readily available during your stay.
Description for Gite
House 1 is a spacious and comfortable gite, measuring 75 m2, perfect for accommodating up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a luxurious 160X200 bed and an additional bedroom with three cozy 90X190 beds.To ensure a hassle-free stay, household linen is conveniently provided.
Available from 02/07/2022 to 16/07/2022, the nightly rate is set at 230 with a minimum stay of 3 nights. However, please note that this period is currently occupied.
From 19/07/2022 to 23/07/2022, the gite becomes available again, with a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights and the same nightly rate of 230.
Unfortunately, the gite is occupied from 23/07/2022 to 07/09/2022.
Starting from 07/09/2022 until 01/10/2022, the nightly rate is reduced to 200, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
A refundable breakage deposit of 500 is required upon arrival.
We kindly ask that you leave the gite in a clean condition upon departure. Alternatively, there is an option to add a final cleaning service for an additional fee of 100.
