We extend a warm welcome to our guests at our villa in la Colle sur Loup, conveniently located just 3 kilometers from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and 17 kilometers from Nice and the airport. Our villa offers three beautiful rooms, each situated on the garden floor with its own terrace. Guests can enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, a private bath or shower room with toilet, a television with DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator in each room. The swimming pool and sun beds are also available for our guests' use, along with a jeu-de-boules field on the premises. The property offers stunning views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup. Despite its peaceful location, the villa is only a few minutes away from the village.Start your day with a delicious French breakfast served in our charming dining room or, weather permitting, on one of our terraces. We provide parking in our closed garden for our guests' convenience. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, and in July and August, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Arrival times are between 2:00 and 9:00 p.m., and departures are between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m.
Please be aware that our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years, and pets are not allowed.
