This expansive 19th-century Charentaise stone house, nestled between a park and a river, welcomes individuals, couples, families, and friends for a weekend getaway or a memorable vacation.Located in a pristine natural setting, the Demeure du Grand Moulin overlooks a 4,600 m2 wooded park that boasts a diverse range of species. Whether you're on the park or river side, you can observe wood pigeons, doves, herons, kingfishers, cuckoos, finches, robins, and blue tits. In the mornings, you may even spot squirrels, roe deer, and green collars. Occasionally, local cats can also be seen enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the park.
The Demeure du Grand Moulin offers three spacious, bright, and comfortable rooms. Each room, whether situated on the ground floor or upstairs, comes with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.
