Description for Gite

Welcome to our 3-star gite in the Ardèche region. Situated in the picturesque hamlet of Le Monteil, overlooking the Beaume valley, our gite is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. With stunning landscapes and friendly villagers, you'll fall in love with the charm of this traditional Ardèche setting.

Our historic house, dating back to 1490, has been carefully renovated to provide modern comforts while preserving its original stone walls. The gite can accommodate 4 people, with the option of a baby or toddler. Spread over two levels, the gite offers a spacious living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and two double bedrooms with wash-basins.

The gite has independent access through French doors leading to a terrace. Inside, you'll find pink sandstone tiles throughout, making cleaning a breeze. Electric heating ensures a comfortable stay, and double-glazed windows provide insulation in winter and a cool atmosphere in summer. A ventilation system keeps the air fresh throughout the gite.

Prices for our gite vary depending on the season, with high season rates at 700 EUR per week, mid-season at 470 EUR per week, and low season at 350 EUR per week. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, along with a 300 EUR deposit for any potential damages.

Our rental price includes electricity and water bills, as well as bed linen, towels, and basic amenities for babies or toddlers. Additional services such as cleaning at the end of your stay can be provided for an extra charge of 50 EUR. During winter months, an additional 25 EUR per week is charged for electric heating.

Parking is available about 150 meters from the gite, but short-term parking is allowed closer to unload your belongings.
