Welcome to Carpediem3 # -en-Champagne villa, hosted by Jade and John. We offer the option to rent either the entire floor or the entire villa.

Situated in the urban area of TROYES, this charming Champagne villa with a wooden frame can accommodate a maximum of 10 travelers. It is conveniently located near all the amenities of Saint Parres-aux-Tertres, including shops, restaurants, and bus stops.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet. The Chantal Thomass room features a comfortable Simmons bed measuring 160 × 200. The Cabin room includes a Pirelli bed measuring 140 × 190, as well as an additional Dunlopilo bed measuring 90 × 190. The Duo room offers two dunlopillo beds measuring 90 × 190, which can be joined together if needed. This room also has a private bathroom and toilet. All the rooms are well-equipped with ample storage space. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

The ground floor consists of a grand cathedral entrance, a separate toilet, and a walk-in shower. There is also a small room on the ground floor, available for use by the 8th traveler, which features a comfortable Simmons kine bed measuring 160 × 200.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-tech appliances, including a NOVY hob and hob, a central island, and a granite worktop. Additional kitchen equipment such as a NESPRESSO coffee maker, DOLCE gusto, crepe maker, waffle maker, blender, raclette machine, panini press, induction hob, 2 kg fryer (available upon request), kettle, teapot, and toaster are also provided. The kitchen opens up to a spacious living room with a fireplace, which in turn leads to a panoramic veranda.

Outside, the villa offers two garden tables, 15 chairs, and a professional WEBER barbecue. The enclosed plot of 1349 m2 provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.

The villa also features a covered swimming pool, complete with high-end installations such as a safety step. The pool has dimensions of 9 meters x 4 meters and is accompanied by a 100 m2 inflated pool enclosure SKYDOME JESSICA. This unique dome structure allows guests to rest on the water overnight. You will have exclusive access to the swimming pool, which will be privatized for your stay. We will provide detailed instructions on how to use and ensure the safety of the pool.

For an additional fee, you can also enjoy optional amenities such as air conditioning, a massage mattress, and a JACUZZI starting from September 05th.
