This delightful cottage is situated in a beautiful garden filled with flowers and trees (4000 m²), featuring a children's playground and a shaded area for playing boules. On the ground floor, a covered terrace measuring 50 m² welcomes you with a garden and a large dining table for enjoying meals and barbecues outdoors.

Enter through a spacious entrance hall that leads to the dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, teapot and coffee maker, toaster, raclette, blender...). The living room boasts a cathedral-style ceiling, complete with a TV and DVD player. There is also a bedroom with a king-sized bed (1.60 X 2 m), a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower stocked with complimentary toiletries, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet with a sink.

Access to the upper floor is via a spiral staircase, where you will find a bedroom with a king-sized bed (1.80 X 2m, which can be separated if needed) and a crib, as well as another bedroom with three single beds (0.90 m X 2 m). There is a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor as well. The mezzanine overlooks the living room and is furnished with a small desk and a chaise lounge.

Bed sheets are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels are also provided. Electric heating is included in the rental price. A cleaning deposit of 70 euros is required. Bicycles are available upon request, and we can provide a high chair, changing mat, wooden crib, and baby bath as needed. We are happy to offer advice and provide tourist information, as well as special discounts for various attractions. Additionally, there is the opportunity to taste Touraine wines from our friends who are winemakers.

Directions

From Paris, take the A10 motorway towards Blois. Once in Blois, follow the signs for Vierzon-Romorantin. Pass the Loire River and then turn right towards Montrichard. Follow the signs for Montrichard and continue towards Loches/Faverolles sur Cher. Cross the Cher River and at the second roundabout, go straight for 200m and then take a left towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Take the first right and follow the signs.

From Vierzon, you can take the A85 and exit at Noyers-sur-Cher. Then, take the N76. Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Angé/St Julien de Chédon. Follow the signs for St Julien.

If you are coming from Tours, take the A85 and exit at Sublaines/Bléré. Then, head towards Vierzon. Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Montrichard/St Julien. At the roundabout, follow the signs for Loches. After 200m, turn left behind the CARREFOUR MARKET supermarket towards St Aignan/St Julien and then take the first right. Follow the arrows.

Lastly, if you are coming from Loches, head towards Montrichard. Just before the shopping center, turn right towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Take the first right and follow the signs.
