Its location is perfect, offering easy access to both the beach and the old town.Start your day in the cozy lounge or on the balcony, indulging in a delicious breakfast while enjoying the stunning sea view. Don't miss out on the opportunity to witness the magnificent sunsets that grace the sky every evening.
Our bed and breakfast provides a range of accommodation options. Choose from our simple room, two double rooms named "Swazi" and "Zen" featuring private terraces, a 4-bed dormitory called "Inti," or our spacious family room "Azur" that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
Regardless of the room you choose, the price includes a continental breakfast, ensuring you start your day off right.
Last but not least, our lovely cats, Machu and Picchu, will eagerly greet you upon your arrival, adding a touch of warmth and charm to your stay.

Directions
To reach our location from the airport, you can catch bus number 98 and get off at the "Albert 1er" stop. From there, head towards the beach and turn left onto the promenade des Anglais, walking towards the hill. Once you spot the "Roller station" shop and the "Pailin" restaurant, take a left turn and then immediately go right onto rue des ponchettes. Our address is number 26 on that street.
The bus fare is 4€ per person. Alternatively, if you prefer a taxi, the approximate cost would be around 30-35€.
If you are coming from the train station, make a left turn and board the tramway heading towards "Pont Michel". Get off at the "Opéra-Vieille Ville" stop. Once you exit the tramway, you will find yourself in front of the "rue de la préfecture". Walk for approximately 500 meters along this street.
When you reach the step in front of you, take a right turn onto rue Jules Gilly. After about 200 meters, make a left turn onto rue des ponchettes. You will find us at number 26 on rue des ponchettes.
