We offer four double rooms with terraces that provide stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. Each room is equipped with a satellite TV. The shower rooms are stocked with a hair dryer and towels for your convenience. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable linens. Guests have their own private entrance. For longer stays of more than seven nights, a cleaning service is provided midway through the stay. The minimum stay requirement is two nights, except during the summer when it is five nights. Additionally, there is a discount available for stays of seven nights or more.Reviews

To reach Les Mimosas, you can conveniently access it either via the A8 motorway or by taking a shuttle from Nice Airport (40km).
If you are coming via the A8 motorway, take exit 59 for MENTON, then make a right turn (360°) after the sign indicating the "End of motorway," and follow the directions towards Annonciade. Look out for our sign that says "Chambes dhotes 2,3km" and follow it to reach your destination.
