Description for Gite

In 2017, we upgraded our accommodations with brand new safari tents! Say goodbye to sleeping on the floor and sharing bathrooms, and say hello to glamorous camping. Glamping has become incredibly popular, and we have worked hard to create a luxurious camping experience for our guests. Our small-scale campground features six tents, each uniquely decorated. For those seeking extra privacy, one tent is set apart from the others, while the remaining five are spread out over a spacious 1.25-acre field. All of our tents offer stunning views of the surrounding fields, as well as a private veranda and comfortable beds (which we sleep on ourselves). Each tent accommodates up to four people and includes a dining table, chairs, and a sitting area. We provide mosquito nets for all beds. Additionally, each tent has its own bathroom just a few steps away. Our newly renovated bathroom building features modern shower rooms, and each door is labeled with the family name of the guests staying in that tent, ensuring privacy throughout your stay.

Our large former cow barn serves as a multi-purpose space for our guests. You can enjoy breakfast here in the morning (included in your stay), make tea and coffee, store items in the fridge, and use the free BBQs available for your use. You can also join us for a delicious dinner by adding your name to the list, or rent a mobile cooking unit to cook at your own tent. For cooler nights during the off-season, you have the option to rent a gas heater or we can provide you with hot water bottles and extra blankets free of charge.
