This apartment is conveniently located near the beach, food shops, markets, water sports facilities, cultural centers, nightclubs, water park, nature base, and the historical center of old FREJUS. You can easily access all these attractions through a pedestrian path called the "chemin béal".

The apartment overlooks the beautiful park of the residence and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, making it ideal for 2. It features an entrance, a spacious bathroom with toilet, a fully renovated kitchenette, and a living room with a separate sleeping area. The sleeping capacity includes 1 double bed in the bedroom area and 1 double sofa bed in the living area.

To secure your reservation, a signed contract and a deposit check must be provided. The remaining balance and the deposit must be paid upon arrival. The apartment is equipped with new appliances including a TV, washing machine, multifunction microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a large wall mirror above the sink unit and toilet, as well as another fixed on the inside of the door.

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total rent must be paid along with the signed lease. The rental becomes firm and definitive once the completed lease and deposit check are received. The balance of the rental and the deposit must be paid upon arrival before the keys are handed over.

Upon arrival, a guarantee check must be given to the owner's representative and will be kept until the end of your stay. Water and electricity consumption are included in the advertised price, except during low season when a flat rate of 105 per week applies.

In the event of cancellation, the tenant will lose the deposit if less than one month's notice is given before the lease takes effect. Additionally, if the cancellation occurs less than one month before the lease takes effect, the tenant will be responsible for paying the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent as a penalty.

The check-in process takes place on Saturdays, and the owner's representative will be available to assist with arrival and departure times, as well as any accommodation-related details or difficulties during your stay. Check-in is from 2 pm onwards, and check-out is in the morning before 11 am.

Upon check-in, 2 keychains will be provided, one of which includes the remote control for the residence's gate and underground garages. In the event of loss, a charge of 120 will apply for the keychain with 4 keys, and a charge of 60 will apply for the small keychain with 3 keys.

The apartment also provides 3 pool bracelets for your use. In case of loss, each bracelet will be charged 75.
