Il Monticello is a charming and character-filled stone villa located on the Plascassier hill near Grasse, known as the world capital of perfume. The villa, privately owned, is conveniently situated about 20 minutes away from the international airport of Nice and only 15 minutes from Cannes. With its three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom and two with a terrace, the villa offers a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. Surrounded by a spacious Provencal garden adorned with beautiful flowers and providing ample shade, the villa boasts stunning views, a large swimming pool, and private parking. Despite its serene atmosphere, everything you need is within reach, including 7 golf courses, tennis courts, horse riding facilities, shops, and a railway station. Additionally, the villa offers modern amenities such as broadband internet access (ADSL) via a wireless LAN (WiFi). English and German languages are spoken. Rates range from 95 to 115 euros per night, per room, depending on the season. The rates include taxes, parking in the garden, WiFi access, and a continental breakfast.Reviews

Il Monticello
The B&B is well located in a beautiful setting, close to the city but still very quiet. Everything is tastefully decorated. Gucky, the owner, makes you feel at home.
Directions
To get to your destination, follow these travel directions:
1. Exit the A8 toll way at junction 42 and look for signs indicating CANNES-CENTRE, MOUANS-SARTOUX, MOUGINS, LE CANNET, GRASSE.
2. Take the N85, also known as LA PENETRANTE, in the direction of GRASSE.
3. Leave the N85 at the MOUANS-SARTOUX exit.
4. At the exit roundabout, turn right onto the first street called ROUTE DE LA ROQUETTE, heading towards MOUANS-SARTOUX.
5. Continue along ROUTE DE LA ROQUETTE until you reach a roundabout with a MAC DONALD on your right.
6. Turn left onto N2085/AVENUE DE CANNES.
7. Drive along AVENUE DE CANNES, passing a small roundabout after the LA STRADA movie theatre.
8. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Avenue MARCEL JOUMET.
9. Keep driving until you reach a railway crossing.
10. Immediately after crossing the railway, turn left onto the D404, following the signs for PLASCASSIER and VALBONNE.
11. Look out for a small concrete lane separator in the middle of the road after the second curve, marking the city limits as you leave MOUANS-SARTOUX.
12. Turn left onto CHEMIN DU PLAN at the concrete lane separator.
13. After 1.5 km, the street name changes to CHEMIN DU COLLET DE ST MARC.
14. Continue along CHEMIN DU COLLET DE ST MARC until you reach number 77 on your right. You'll notice a hangar/shed on the left side of the road.
15. Take the lane on the right and drive up for 200 meters.
