Despite its central location, the apartment remains quiet as it does not face the street but overlooks a pleasant green space, perfect for relaxation.The studio consists of a spacious living room with a large bay window that opens onto a terrace with views of the surrounding greenery and a glimpse of the sea. There is also a separate, well-equipped kitchen with its own large bay window. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and there is a generous dressing room for storage.
The apartment comes fully equipped with amenities such as a microwave, washing machine, iron, flat-screen television, electric roller shutters, and air conditioning. You can also enjoy meals on the terrace. Families with children are welcome, as the apartment provides a crib, high chair, and bathtub for their convenience.
