Bed and Breakfast with Charming Decor.

Situated in the heart of a village in the southern region of Touraine, this former presbytery is a perfect base for exploring the castles and vineyards of the area. Only 20 minutes from Tours and 10 minutes from Montbazon and the A10 motorway, it offers convenient access to various attractions including Amboise, Vouvray, Villandry, Azay le Rideau, and the City of Loches, all within a 30-minute radius.

We have two spacious rooms, each measuring 25m2, with private bathrooms, comfortable 160x200 beds, TV, and WiFi. One of the rooms also has a connecting door to a third bedroom with two beds (90x190), creating a family space of over 40m2. The total capacity of our B&B is 8 people.

Our rooms are beautifully decorated with a unique touch.

The village itself has all the necessary amenities, including a supermarket, petrol station, bakery, bar, press, pharmacy, dry cleaners, hairdressers, and electric recharging station.

Guests are welcome to enjoy our outdoor facilities, such as the BBQ area and dining space under the courtyard or in the garden at the back of the house. We also provide bicycles for guests to explore the surroundings.

Our rates are as follows:
- 90 Euros per night for 2 persons, including breakfast
- Additional bed: 25 Euros per night
- Children under 3 years old stay for free (a cot is available)

We offer a 10% discount for stays of 3 nights or more.

Table d'hôtes is available upon reservation, with a price of 20 Euros for adults and 10 Euros for children.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

We are fluent in English and additional photos can be provided upon request.

Located in the central area of Saint-Branchs (37320), right beside the church, this destination is conveniently situated just a 10-minute drive from the A10 motorway and a 20-minute drive from Tours. Its strategic location makes it an ideal base for exploring all the nearby chateaux.
