Our house, CINNAMON, is located on the ground floor of the beautiful AZUR FRAGRANCES villa in Mougins. It is a spacious house that can accommodate up to 12 people. We welcome guests warmly throughout the year. As you enter, you will be greeted by our stunning terrace and garden. The ground floor of the villa, along with the terrace, is available for relaxation, smoking, playing cards, or simply having conversations. You can also enjoy your breakfast in the summer or have your meals at the host tables (customized) on the terrace. We offer a barbecue with firewood, perfect for grilling or making pizzas. Christian runs a pizzeria every night during the summer, and Sabrina organizes special dessert evenings for the delight of your children. We also have a "karaoke" evening with cartoon movies on the living room TV, swings, a slide, a swimming pool with sun umbrellas, and a designated area for sunbathing and relaxation for everyone to enjoy.

We live in the house with our children throughout the year and welcome you to our spacious living room, "Amber," which has a fireplace. It is the perfect place to have breakfast or enjoy our guest tables during the season. We can provide you with information about the region, including visits, walks, and other activities.

The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by villas. All amenities, such as shopping stores, a heated municipal swimming pool in Mougins, bus stops, fitness centers, bakeries, restaurants, and the beaches of Cannes, are conveniently located. There are also attractions nearby, such as the Lerins Islands, the Valmasque Forest in Mougins, and the Golf course. We are located next to the Municipal pool "Campelières" in Mougins, which is open and heated all year round. It is also close to the Ecole Superieure de Danse de Cannes, "Rosella Hightover."

Description for Gite

CINNAMON is a charming house located on the upper floor of our villa, offering a delightful view of the garden and pool. The house spans approximately 20 m2 and is perfect for 2 guests (with the option of accommodating a third guest for an additional fee of 15). We also provide a baby crib for children under 3 years old upon request, free of charge.

The house features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and a well-equipped kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dishwasher, and two electric cooking plates. The toilet is separate and shared, conveniently located in the hallway.

Additionally, you are welcome to enjoy the ground floor of our villa, which offers a communal main terrace furnished with tables and chairs for your meals, a barbecue for your grilling needs, and a garden with swings, a slide, and children's games. There is also a communal pool with comfortable deckchairs for your relaxation.

The Cottage Studio CINNAMON boasts a comfortable double bed measuring 180 cm * (composed of two 90 cm mattresses). We can also provide an additional bed for children aged 3 years and above for a fee of 20, and a free cot for children under 3 years old upon request. The house provides ample storage space with cupboards and a dresser, as well as a dining table with two chairs. Other amenities include a TV and free wifi throughout the villa.

Free parking is available in our condominium, and the surrounding area is well-equipped with shops. Cannes and its beautiful beaches are just a 20-minute drive away.
