Les Mimosas est un gîte confortable situé dans une magnifique maison indépendante de 120 m2, au cœur d'une oliveraie centenaire. Niché dans un terrain clos de 3500 m2, à une altitude de 600 mètres, ce gîte offre une tranquillité absolue entouré de montagnes. Idéalement situé entre la mer et les montagnes, à seulement 20 km de Nice, à proximité du Parc du Mercantour et entre Cannes et Menton, il constitue un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la région.Le gîte dispose de trois grandes chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains et toilettes privées. Un salon commun avec cheminée, équipé d'une chaîne hi-fi, d'une télévision, d'un lecteur DVD et d'une connexion internet, est également à disposition des hôtes. Une grande cuisine indépendante entièrement équipée permet de préparer de délicieux repas. Une terrasse avec barbecue et du mobilier de jardin est également disponible pour profiter des repas en plein air. Le parking est également disponible.
Le gîte peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes, avec quatre lits doubles, un lit pour une personne (80x180) et un canapé-lit pour deux personnes dans le salon. Il est idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, les passionnés de randonnées et les amateurs de vieux villages médiévaux fortifiés.
De nombreux villages médiévaux fortifiés sont à visiter dans les environs, offrant des possibilités de randonnées et de découvertes. Les rivières à proximité sont également propices à la détente. De plus, les chiens sont acceptés sur place.

Super gîte au calme au fond dune impasse, spacieux propre et accueil très agréable Nice Mercantour Parfait nous y reviendrons

TO REACH US:
- Take Exit A8 - Exit 55 NICE EST.
- At the second traffic light, turn left and take the expressway towards CONTES / SOSPEL. Continue on the expressway for approximately 9 kilometers.
- At the end of the expressway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards L'ESCARENE / BERRE LES ALPES.
- Follow Route Nationale 2204 for 6.5 kilometers towards L'ESCARENE until you reach "COL DE NICE."
- At "COL DE NICE," take a left onto RD 215 towards BERRE LES ALPES. Continue for 3 kilometers until you reach "Chemin de Meingarde."
- At "Chemin de Meingarde," on the right (dead-end road), follow the sign and go all the way to the end of the road. On the small square, take a left and the first house on the right with a black wrought iron gate.
