Welcome to our holiday cottage in Arces-sur-Gironde, a charming rural village in the beautiful Charente Maritime - Royan Hill Country. Situated on the right bank of the Gironde estuary, we are just 4 km away from the sea and 8 km from the nearest beaches.

We are delighted to offer a range of amenities for families with babies, including a free baby cot, mattress, bath, bottle warmer, stroller for ages 0-3, diapers, and highchair.

There are plenty of activities and attractions in the surrounding area. From the famous Palmyre zoo to mountain bike trails, spas, and hydrotherapy centers in Saujon and Jonzac. You can also enjoy the Rochelle and Franco follies, play golf on the renowned 18-hole course, go karting, or rent a scooter or boat from the marina. Other options include tennis, swimming, water sports, hiking, fishing, visiting the casino, cinema, bars, nightclubs, and children's clubs.

Please note that we accept checks and pets under certain conditions. Linen rental and paid or free services are available. There are shops nearby in Arces center (300m) and Cozes (4 km), as well as a market in Royan (15 km). WiFi internet and phone services are also provided.

During the winter period (October to April), the heating cost is added to the rental price.

We provide practical information booklets about our cottage and local tourism for your consultation.

Le Gite a été parfais pour notre petite famille. 2 Adultes et 2 enfants avec tout confort. Quoi demander de plus car les plages ne sont pas loin et ont pas eu les désagrements du bord de mer avec son affluence.
