This new villa is located 3 or 4 km away from the sea and 1 km from BIOT, a medieval village known for its glassware and Marineland. It is situated in the beautiful Côte d'Azur, near Antibes and between Monaco/Nice and Cannes.This Provencal villa spans 160 sqm across two levels, surrounded by a 1500 sqm garden filled with trees and flowers, including ancient olive trees. Although there is no pool, the villa offers a stunning view of the hills and provides a peaceful atmosphere.
Upstairs, there are two clean rooms and a bathroom with a separate entrance. The rooms come with a small fridge, an attic filled with a library, and WIFI access. Housekeeping services are included, and fresh linens and towels are provided in the bathroom.
Guests have free access to the terrace, garden, and barbecue, but are kindly requested to respect quiet hours. Additionally, a homemade breakfast is included, featuring delicious jams, yogurt, fruits, coffee, milk, and tea.
Private car parking is available on the premises for guests.
