LA GRANGE: This charming cottage, approved by Clévacances with a 3-key tourism rating, is conveniently situated near Versailles and Rambouillet. Located in the breathtaking Regional Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley, it offers easy access to the magnificent Château de Breteuil and its expansive 80-hectare park.

DESCRIPTION: This cottage provides a cozy and comfortable stay, nestled within a detached house with a delightful small garden. On the ground floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a spacious living room with a TV lounge, and a well-appointed kitchen complete with a double sink, a ceramic 4-burner stove and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, storage cabinets, kitchen utensils, and dishes. There is also a breakfast area for your convenience.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds plus a sofa bed suitable for a child, and a smaller room with a single bed. Additionally, there is a toilet and a bathroom on this floor.

The second floor, nestled under the roof, offers a charming small apartment with a kitchenette (including a microwave and refrigerator) and a dining area. It also features a shower room, a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a lounge area.

The cottage is equipped with internet access. There is a convenient bus network connecting to Rambouillet and Chevreuse RER, providing easy access to Paris from Saint Remy les Chevreuse. Guests can easily access the nearby towns of Rambouillet, Chevreuse, and Saint Remy les Chevreuse, thanks to the well-connected bus network. Additionally, the business centers of St Quentin en Yvelines, Courtaboeuf, and Saclay are within close proximity.

The ground floor of the house features an entrance/utility room with a washing machine, a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV, stereo, and internet access, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a 4-ring ceramic hob, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. There is also a breakfast area for guests to enjoy.
