"La Ferme" is a 35m2 apartment that offers a comfortable stay for both holiday and business trips. It features a spacious bedroom with a new double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The large living room, measuring 20m2, includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave oven, heat rotating function, kettle, toaster, small electric hob, and kitchen utensils. The living room also provides a desk and a TV. Additionally, one or two single beds can be added in the living room if needed.Parking is available on the property grounds, ensuring convenience for guests. La Ferme de Balizy is a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The well-equipped kitchen in the apartment allows guests to prepare their own meals using a fridge, hob, microwave convection oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchen equipment.
The apartment has easy access from the A6 and A10, located between exits 5 and 6 of the A6. It is situated 17km from Paris and 22km from Versailles. The Massy Palaiseau TGV station is just 7km away. Paris can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes by train. The nearest train station, Balizy Gravigny RER C, is 800 meters away. For the most convenient access to Paris, the Epinay sur Orge train station is recommended, as it can reach the city center in just fifteen minutes.
Disneyland is a 45-minute drive or a one-hour train ride away, while Orly Airport is only 15 minutes by car. Versailles is reachable within 25 minutes by car or 30 minutes by train.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking. Guests are welcome to park their cars securely in the property's locked yard during the night. There are also many restaurants and shops in close proximity. Long-term renters are encouraged to contact the host for further information.

Séjour de cinq jours à la ferme de Balizy
Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, excellent accueil. Les chambres, le jardin et la cour fermée ont beaucoup de charme et sont bien pratiques. Super pour nos enfants, nos petits enfants et nous!
