Experience the beauty of Montlouis sur Loire and the enchanting Castle Road with a stay in our charming small house at the foot of the vineyard-covered hills.On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room of 30 m² and a convenient toilet. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom of 11 m², a duplex bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in a mezzanine, as well as a bathroom with toilet.
The main room features a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a cozy sitting area with a sofa and TV. Additionally, a lovely terrace on the side of the house provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining, complete with garden furniture.
We can provide a cot and high chair upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for families.
Our location is ideal, with easy access to popular attractions such as Chenonceau, Amboise, and Tours, all within 15 km. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Loire River, accessible by bike just 100 m from the house. A cooperative cellar and gourmet restaurant are also within walking distance, only 150 m away. For your convenience, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are just 5 km away.
Within a short drive, you can visit the Mini-Chateaux and Touraine Aquarium in just 10 minutes. If you're looking for more adventure, the Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are both within 1 hour's reach.
Getting to our house is easy, as we are conveniently located near the A10 motorway and the TGV station, just 9 km away.
We offer optional services for your convenience, including bed linen for 10 euros for the beds and 6 euros for single beds (please specify when booking), towels for 5 euros per person (including a bath towel, towel, and washcloth), and a package for end-of-stay cleaning for 40 euros.
Weekend rentals are also available, with prices starting at 100 euros for 2 days and 150 euros for 3 days.
For your peace of mind, we ask for a 30% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. Additionally, there is a small tax surcharge of 0.50 euros per person per day. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.

Directions
To reach your destination, you can take either the A10 highway or the train. If you choose to drive, take the exit for A10 or A85, and it will take you approximately 10 minutes to reach the train station.
