Chantal and Jean-Claude warmly welcome you as their friends to their luxurious air-conditioned villa. The villa is equipped with a swimming pool available from April to mid-October, surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden and a fenced park spanning 6300m². The park features various games such as bowling, trampoline, ping pong, gantry, volleyball, and a playground with a carousel and slide for children. Please note that parental supervision is required for the use of these games.

The entire property, including the villa with 4 bedrooms and additional buildings, is available for rent during the Parisian school holidays. Linen is provided, and please contact us for availability as we also accommodate our own children and grandchildren.

From September to June, we offer guest rooms for your stay. Our Cezanne-inspired Bed and Breakfast is 25 m², complete with an en-suite shower room and a private terrace. It has an independent entrance and can accommodate 2 additional beds upon request. We also have a family suite with 2 rooms, perfect for parents with children. This suite boasts a large covered terrace and a lounge in the veranda area.

Breakfast is included, and guests have access to our shared summer kitchen for preparing snacks. We are happy to recommend restaurants, hiking trails, and provide day trip itineraries for exploring Aix en Provence and Marseille, including maps and plans.

Description for Gite

You have the opportunity to rent the entire property during school holidays or upon request, based on availability. The property features a spacious single-story villa with 4 bedrooms and a living room equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets available. Inside the house, you will find a fully-equipped modern kitchen, while outside there is another fully-equipped kitchen in the patio, complete with a barbecue and plancha.

The property also includes a pool house with toilets, storage for pool and outdoor equipment. The highlight of the property is the large swimming pool, measuring 105 m², with integrated Jacuzzi blower, water jets, swimming against the current feature, and massage nozzle. The pool has a small flat bath in the triangular part, and a gradually sloping rectangular area with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.80 m. There is also a diving pit with a depth of 1.80 m. Around the pool, there is a small ledge for easy access. The pool is heated by solar panels from April to October, depending on the sun, maintaining a water temperature between 26 and 30 °C in summer and 20 to 25 °C in spring.

The property sits on a beautifully landscaped and enclosed park spanning 6300 m², adorned with flowers, pines, and oaks. There are many games available within the park. Linen is provided for your convenience.

For security, the property is equipped with an electric gate operated by a remote control and a visophone. The garden is automatically watered.

A staff member visits the property once or twice a week to check the pool and maintain the garden. They perform their tasks discreetly.

During your stay, our cat, Hérane, will remain on the premises with access to its food and water supply in the garage. Hérane is a shy cat and may not be very visible unless coaxed.

Directions

To reach Villa Victoria from Aix en Provence, head towards Toulon/Roquevaire/Aubagne on either Route National 96 or the Toulon/Nice highway (exit Fuveau). Continue until you reach a place called "Jas de Bassas". At the roundabout, turn right towards "Greasque" and then follow the signs towards "Saint-Savournin". Villa Victoria can be found on the left side, at number 111, just 30 meters after passing the "Carrosserie du Virage".
