Guests can also enjoy a shared living room with a cozy fireplace, state-of-the-art HIFI system, television, and DVD player. Our terrace, complete with a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture, is perfect for outdoor relaxation. We also provide convenient parking facilities. Situated between the sea and the mountains, it is conveniently located 20km from Nice and is a short distance from both Cannes and Monaco, as well as the National Park of Mercantour. The property boasts a large terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, as well as parking. The interior features a gorgeous, fully-equipped American kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator freezer, microwave, and oven. The cozy living room includes a television, DVD player, HI-FI system, and a wood stove, along with a comfortable sofa bed. Additionally, there is a spacious mezzanine with a double bed. This charming lodging is ideal for nature lovers, avid hikers, and those who appreciate medieval villages. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and rates range from 350 to 490, with linen provided. To get to your destination, follow these directions:
- From CONTACT, take Exit A8.
- At the second traffic light, turn left.
- Continue on the highway towards TALES / SOSPEL for approximately 9 kms.
- At the end of the highway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards The ESCARENE / / BERRE THE ALPS.
- Continue on Highway 2204 for 6.5 km in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE".
- At "COL NICE", turn left onto R & D Management 215.
- Drive for 3 kms towards Berre Les Alpes until you reach "path Meingarde".
- Turn right onto "Way of Meingarde" (dead end) and follow the sign.
- Continue to the end of the road and turn left onto the square.
- The 1st house on the right, with a black wrought iron gate, is your destination.
