The villa features two double beds measuring 1.60 m and two single beds measuring 0.90 m. Additionally, there are 5 separate toilets throughout the property.
Covering an area of 240 square meters, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm system for your convenience and security. The living room boasts an impressive 63 m² of space, complete with a fireplace, large satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and hi-fi sound system. The interior kitchen, designed in a traditional Provencal style, is well-equipped with an American fridge, oven, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Leading off from the kitchen is a covered terrace spanning 40 m², featuring an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill, perfect for hosting gatherings with friends and family.
