Gite Description:Welcome to our charming studio located just 25 km from Paris, in a truly exceptional setting on the edge of the Montmorency forest.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including tourist visits, excursions, mountain biking, horseback riding, and tennis. Paris is easily accessible by public transport (train) or by the A15 motorway (29 minutes).
The famous village of Auvers-sur-Oise, renowned for its association with the works of Van Gogh, is just 5 km away. Giverny, known as the village of the American painters, is also within close proximity.
For those traveling from Roissy airport (Charles de Gaulle), there is a shuttle service conveniently located nearby.
Our home, situated on a spacious 1800 m² property, is accessed via a separate staircase, ensuring your privacy.
The 30 m² studio comprises:
- A main room with comfortable beds (suitable for 2 adults and possible accommodation for 2 children)
- A kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, and vacuum cleaner
- A separate shower room with toilet facilities
Additional amenities include a television, DVD player, and internet access.

Our studio, situated on a 1800 m² plot of land, has its own separate entrance accessed by a staircase. With a total area of 30 m², it features a main room with beds for 2 adults and the possibility to accommodate 2 children. There is also a kitchenette and a separate room with a shower and toilet.
The studio is equipped with essential amenities such as a refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, vacuum cleaner, television, DVD player, and internet access.

Directions
To get to Bessancourt from Roissy, you can take a shuttle bus from the nearby village of Frépillon (line 95.18). Bessancourt is also accessible from Paris by public transport, either by taking a train from "Gare du Nord" station to either "Bessancourt" or "Frépillon" stations, or by taking a bus from "Cergy-Pontoise". Alternatively, you can drive to Bessancourt using the A15 or A115 motorways, which takes approximately 29 minutes from Paris. If you are coming from the north, you can take the A1 or A16 motorways.
