Situated just 20 kilometers away from the renowned Corte University, cited after Pascal Paoli, guests will have easy access to the famous Gorges Restonica, a must-visit destination for hikers and adventure enthusiasts. Moreover, the property is conveniently located near rivers and only an hour away from the beach.

The surrounding area offers a range of amenities, including small shops such as a grocery store, tobacco bar, restaurant, pizzeria, inn, post office, and railway station.

The first level of the house features a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area, complete with a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, small appliances, TV, a double bed, and a single chair-bed. On the second level, guests will find a cozy bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a dresser, and an attached bathroom with a toilet.

Vivario is surrounded by the charming communes of Muracciole, Noceta, and Bocognano. It is conveniently located one hour away from Ajaccio, the largest nearby city, and also one hour away from the sea. Furthermore, Vivario is part of the Regional Natural Park of Corsica, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty of the area.

Additional services include an optional end-of-stay cleaning for an additional fee of 40 euros. The property provides basic amenities such as pillows, pillowcases, blankets, quilts, and towels.
