Description for B&B:

Recharge your energy in this idyllic retreat, designed to blend relaxation with "country chic" charm. Our goal was to craft five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, preserving the building's late 18th-century character by using original materials. To maintain the authentic style of the tower house, the ground floor features a welcoming living room. The chestnut beams stand out beautifully, thanks to the open layout and thoughtful lighting.

Each room offers a unique atmosphere, showcasing stunning views of the surrounding landscape, inviting you to pause and reflect. The spacious and cozy communal areas are designed for genuine shared experiences. Whether you're cooking, dining, or unwinding by the wood stove, these spaces cater to both social and intimate moments—be it lounging on the sofa, gazing at the view of the sea, mountains, and nature, or gathering around the communal table for games. The Scontra is truly an invitation to moments of joy.

OUR MOTIVATION
With 24 years of expertise in organizing the Moita Cello Meetings, as proud residents of the beautiful village of Moita, we've established an eco-accommodation in the "Albergo Diffuso" style. Our aim is to provide lodging that fosters connections with the locals and celebrates Corsican culture in all its forms.

This quality-driven approach to tourism development addresses two key challenges: It strengthens a collaborative network of service providers united by shared values (including pork butchers, beekeepers, a goat farmer, market gardeners, a mountain guide, a sculptor, etc.) and aligns with the marketing strategy of ecotourism. It also supports a sustainable development project, positioning tourism as a central and potentially resource-generating industry.

NATURE OF THE OFFER AND MARKETING POSITIONING
Our objective is to offer an original, appealing, and comfortable stay while preserving cultural, rural, and historical heritage. We highlight the unique aspects of "Pieve di a Serra," adhering to the principles of responsible and sustainable tourism.

Our accommodation offerings include:
- A main house, A SCONTRA
- A master suite of 45 m˛ with 2 bedrooms, a fireplace, toilet, and bathroom
- 4 independent bedrooms with toilet and bathroom
- A meeting space of nearly 50 m˛ in the main house for serving breakfasts, hosting two meals per week, and facilitating receptions and exchanges
- 5 rooms in local homes (as per the current census)

During high season, rentals are available weekly. In low season, a minimum stay of 3 days is required.

For rental pricing and availability, please contact us.

We offer a "Discovery of Corsican Gastronomy" meal package, which includes two meals per week, featuring local producers and their craftsmanship, for €50 (all inclusive) per meal/person.

A FLEXIBLE ACCOMMODATION OFFERING FOR:
- Hiking enthusiasts seeking agro-tourism experiences centered around regional products
- Thematic training sessions on market gardening, local culinary arts, or pottery
- Artists participating in residencies
- Families searching for tranquility
- Groups interested in nature activities like fishing and hunting

Our reception and rooms highlight the authenticity and charm of the location, ensuring a comfortable stay.
