Constructed entirely out of stone, this unique dwelling is situated on the serene West Coast, nestled in the rural portion of the island atop a picturesque hill slope. With a distance of 300 meters from the sea, this property occupies over one hectare of land. Uniquely secluded, there are no roads passing in front or behind the house, ensuring a tranquil environment. From the various terraces, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the neighboring house of Tanasis, along with several other charming residences, the sparkling sea, and the quaint fishing port of Drymonas, complete with an exceptional tavern.

Due to its secluded location, our guests often opt to rent a bicycle, scooter, or small car to explore the area. Additionally, we offer a discounted rate based on the length of your stay, with a minimum requirement of two days. For a two-day stay, the rate is 90€ per day for two individuals and 70€ per day for single occupancy. For stays lasting between three and six days, the rate decreases to 75€ per day for two individuals and 60€ per day for single occupancy. For stays lasting between seven and fourteen days, the rate further decreases to 65€ per day for two individuals and 50€ per day for single occupancy. For stays lasting over fourteen days, the rate is 60€ per day for two individuals and 45€ per day for single occupancy. Additionally, an additional bed can be provided at no extra cost for children under the age of five, while a fee of 15€ per day applies for those above this age.

Description for Gite

Experience our charming gite with three uniquely designed rooms: the Green, the Red, and the Blue. Each room offers a delightful terrace and breathtaking views of the serene sea. Our attention to detail is evident in the furniture selection, which predominantly consists of authentic Chinese antiques. These pieces effortlessly complement the whitewashed walls, providing a harmonious ambiance that sets the tone and name for each room.

Adjacent to our main house, these rooms offer complete independence, ensuring a peaceful and private retreat for our guests. Spanning approximately 30 sq.m., each room is thoughtfully divided into two levels, creating a sense of space and tranquility. A few steps lead you to the first level, where a comfortable and spacious bed awaits. Descending to the lower level, you will find a cozy sitting area with built-in benches, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Additionally, each bedroom boasts a conveniently equipped small bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet. Our gite is open for bookings from April until late October, providing ample opportunities to enjoy this idyllic coastal retreat.
