The property is conveniently located 900m from the stunning beach, boasting both sandy and pebbled shores, as well as private ports in the picturesque Coudrée area, known for its bird sanctuary. Geneva is just 10km away, while Thonon les Bains, famous for its spa, and Evian, offering golf and casino experiences, are both within a 20km radius. Ski enthusiasts will be delighted to find Habère pocket ski resort also just 20kms away.

Transportation and shops are easily accessible, and the chalet benefits from a south-facing position, ensuring plenty of sunlight throughout the day. Nearby activities include tennis, water sports, sailing, fishing, hiking, and even pony rides. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Prices range from 450 to 900 per week.
