Description for Gite

The "Caudalie" cottage is designed for maximum comfort, accommodating only two adults and a toddler. It features an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, spanning 45m². The cottage also offers a 20m² air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140X200), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Tenants can enjoy a shaded terrace and a small private garden furnished with garden furniture and two chairs, perfect for relaxation and cool evening moments (please note that barbecues are not allowed).

This tastefully decorated cottage is equipped with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes an induction hob, extractor fan, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, and all necessary dishes. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, 82cm flat screen TV with Canal+, a dining table with four chairs, and a counter serving hatch. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer. Water, electricity, kitchen towels, sheets, and WIFI access are all included in the rental. Tenants will also receive a complimentary bottle of wine from the vineyard.
