This charming ground floor gite offers a comfortable and spacious living experience. The ground floor features a cozy living room, a dining room, a lounge area with a television, and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and small household appliances. An electric water heater ensures convenient hot water supply. Moving upstairs, you will find a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as three inviting bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable single bed. Outside, the gite boasts a lovely lawn, convenient parking, and garden furniture for relaxation. A barbecue is also available for delightful outdoor meals. Additionally, guests can enjoy various leisure activities such as tennis (3km away), bicycles, table tennis, and a climbing frame.
