Experience the perfect blend of authenticity and comfort during your vacation in Burgundy at our newly renovated old wine estate. Located in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, our stone house offers excellent conditions for your stay, whether it's a short visit or a longer holiday.The house features a cozy living room equipped with modern amenities such as Wifi, television, CD player, DVD player, and a selection of books and games. The dining room includes a convenient kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, while the toilet and shower provide necessary facilities. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious and comfortable bedroom with an old washbasin, a double bed, and a single bed. We provide all the necessary sheets and towels for your convenience, and baby equipment is also available upon request.
Outside, there is a terrace with a garden table and chairs, an inner courtyard, a garden with deck chairs, and a barbecue area. We also offer a garage for your convenience. We happily accept small dogs, as long as they are kept on a leash in the yard and garden.
Our peaceful location makes us the perfect starting point to explore the beauty of Burgundy. Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, mountain biking, table tennis, or simply relaxing, there is something for everyone. You can also indulge in visits to medieval villages, castles, and cellars, or enjoy activities such as tennis, rollerblading on the greenway, and wine tasting festivals. For a unique experience, take a boat trip on the Canal du Center.

Experience the beauty of Couches in Burgundy by staying in our charming gite located in a restored guest house. Tastefully decorated, our duplex apartment offers a comfortable and spacious bedroom for 2 or 3 guests, complete with a wash basin, wc, and shower. The living room features a well-equipped kitchenette and there is also a closed garage for your convenience.Immerse yourself in the stunning vineyards of Couchois, with Beaune just 30 km away and Autun only 20 km away. Nearby, you can enjoy a range of activities such as relaxation, cycling, mountain biking, and even table tennis. In the town of Couches, you can engage in shooting, tennis, and explore the local cellars, castle, and medieval village.
We offer the option to book the cottage without breakfast, starting at a rate of €52 per night for 2 persons and €62 for 3 people. Please note that during mid-season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, while during high season, a minimum of 4 nights is required. Après un accueil sympathique et discret, nous nous sommes installés dans cette charmante maison agréablement décorée, entourée de fleurs. une adresse idéale pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité dans une ambiance campagnarde tout près de sites touristiques incontournables.
Directions
Head south on highway A6 towards Lyon. Take the exit at Beaune Hospices, exit 24.1 "Beaune Chagny" and continue onto N 74 towards Chagny. Instead of entering Chagny, keep going on D 974 towards Le Creusot until you reach Saint Léger sur Dheune. At Saint Léger sur Dheune, take a right and follow D 978 towards Couches. Before reaching the castle, you will see a large wine-press. Take a left at this point and continue on C10 towards Origny for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you see a big yellow house on your left-hand side. Turn left and you will easily spot our property on your right.
