The Gite offers a spacious and comfortable lounge with original stone flooring, a cozy woodburner, and a TV/DVD for your entertainment. The separate kitchen/diner features a table for four people and is equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge (including a freezer compartment), coffee maker, and toaster. All necessary cooking utensils, plates, cups, and glassware are also provided.A staircase from the kitchen/diner leads to the upper level where you will find the sleeping accommodations and bathroom facilities. The generously sized double bedroom showcases original stone walls and exposed beams, offering a charming atmosphere. This room can easily accommodate an extra bed or cot while still providing ample space.
The bright and airy shower room boasts a stone wall and exposed beams, and features a spacious shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail, and a wc.
Additionally, the gite includes a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Upon arrival, the owners provide a welcoming basket and fresh garden fruits/vegetables based on the season.
Outside, there is a sunny patio area with a table and chairs overlooking the well-stocked garden maintained by the owners. This is an ideal spot to relax or enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Sun loungers and a barbecue are also provided. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking.

Directions
To reach the house, you can start from either Gueret or La Chatre and take the D940 road. Once you reach Le Poteau, follow the signs for Genouillac Gare on the D15 road. After driving for about 1km, you will come across a left turn that leads to Les Mousseaux. Take this left turn and continue until you reach the end of the village, where you will find the house located on the left side.
