The 16th-century Manor was constructed in 1535 under the direction of Robert de Thumery during the reign of François I. It was later completed in 1550 by Claude de Lorraine, the first Duke of Guise, under the rule of Henri II. This historical site served as a hunting destination for Henri IV on numerous occasions. In 1679, a chapel dedicated to St Peter and St Paul was added to the estate. In 1893, the Windsor family, English industrialists, transformed the Hermos Manor into their ancestral home. Located just 70 minutes away from Paris, the Manor is surrounded by a 12-hectare park adorned with a variety of tree species. The enchanting views of the walkway and the lake make it an idyllic retreat. This serene park truly captures the essence of Normandy. The Manor offers two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The "Peony" room features a double bed and two singles, providing a scenic view of the walkway and the lake. LE LOGIS D HERMOS can accommodate up to 37 guests. Located within the beautiful 12-hectare park of the historic Manor of Hermos, surrounded by charming lanes and a vast, lush garden filled with fruit trees and fields. There is even a lake just 200 meters away. The lodging itself is housed in a renovated XVI-century building.On the ground floor, there is a spacious 110 square meter room with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a cloakroom, and toilets. Additionally, there is one bedroom for two people and a fully accessible bathroom for disabled guests.
Upstairs, you will find nine generously sized rooms that can accommodate between three to five people each, along with five bathrooms for your convenience.

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these travel directions:
To begin, refer to Michelin map N°55 fold N°15. If you are coming from Paris, Rouen, or Caen, take the A13, and then continue onto the A28 until you reach junction 13 called "Domaine d'Harcourt." At this junction, turn left onto the D438 and drive for approximately 400 meters. Then, make a right onto the D92 and continue for 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs indicating "Hermos" and follow them.
If you are coming from Evreux on the D613, you need to turn right at the junction known as "Les Quatre Routes" onto the D840. Continue on the D840 until you reach Le Neubourg, and then proceed towards Epegard after passing Le Gros Theil. At Epegard, make a left turn onto the D92 and follow the signs that lead to "Hermos."
For those coming from Alençon and Bernay, take the A28 and drive until you reach junction N°13. Once you reach this junction, follow the instructions mentioned above.
