Description for B&B:
The ground floor living room invites you in with its charming French oak and poplar ceiling. The room, bathed in natural light thanks to its south-facing orientation, features walls coated with a yellow ocher-tinted lime finish. An adjacent, fully-equipped kitchen seamlessly extends the living space.Upon entering, you'll notice the staircase and entire floor adorned with a hand-painted frieze of autumn leaves, complemented by a light red patina for a vintage touch.
Upstairs, the bedroom windows offer picturesque views: to the south, you'll see the garden; to the north, a small pond, an orchard, and surrounding woods. The bedroom provides ample comfort with a 180 cm bed (which can be split into two 90 cm beds upon request) plus an additional 90 cm bed. The room spans 21 m², with an extra 5 m² for a hallway with a cupboard, and a 4 m² shower room with a W.C.
You'll appreciate the soft-colored whitewashed walls, the relaxing ambiance, the well-equipped kitchen, the high-quality bedding, and the garden view of the Monts du Forez. Expect a serene and peaceful experience!
From June to September, enjoy the large 16m by 5m saltwater swimming pool, which includes an access ramp with a guardrail. A third of the pool features a 60 cm deep shallow area, perfect for children.

Directions
Here's a rewritten version of your travel directions:
Exit the A72 motorway at Feurs. Turn left onto the D1089 towards Boën. After crossing over the motorway, take another left towards Poncins. Continue straight until you reach the village of Poncins. Drive through the village and make a right turn after passing the Town Hall, heading towards Montverdun. From that point, travel 3.5 km. You'll pass the “Les Perrichons” pass, see a farm on your right, and drive through an area of undergrowth. The house is located just beyond this wooded area on your right. It might be hard to spot until the last moment. Look for a car park marked with a “Clévacances” sign on the gate pillar.
