Welcome to our charming retreat, a former farm that evolved into a hotel from 1900 to 1999 and now offers cozy guest rooms. Nestled in a traditional Cantal building, we invite you to experience a simple and serene stay with us.

During your visit, we aim to create a timeless sanctuary where you can unwind—whether alone, with a partner, friends, or a group. Embrace the tranquility of nature and the changing seasons.

You might spot deer, roe deer, or mouflons while hiking or from our terrace, especially in the evenings.

We offer year-round accommodations with rooms that cater to 2 or 3 guests, each equipped with a private bathroom and WC. For leisure, a welcoming lounge is available for reading, games, conversations with fellow guests, or watching TV.

Our breakfast and dinner, crafted from local produce and inspired by the seasons and Karine's creativity, are served in our family dining room. Enjoy delicious meals and engaging conversations about your day and our beautiful region.

Indulge in a moment of well-being with a face-cranial or foot massage, or an Access Bars® session by Karine. Ultimate relaxation is guaranteed.

We can also prepare a delightful picnic for lunch or a special meal for the evening, and we'd love to chat with you.

Welcome to our delightful and fully furnished gîte, a standalone accommodation facing the picturesque Mont Cantal and adjoining our home. Nestled in the heart of Mont Cantal, it offers an ideal base for your stay.

Located conveniently close to the medieval village of Murat, where you can easily do your shopping, and near the Lioran resort, perfect for hiking or skiing. The area is rich with numerous places to visit and trails to explore.

Our cozy apartment spans 45m² and includes:
- A bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a dressing room, and an office.
- A living room that features a kitchen equipped with an electric stove and refrigerator, a dining area, and a lounge area with a 140x190 convertible BZ and a 2-seater sofa.

Please note that breakfast is not included in your stay. However, you can request a table d'hôte in advance at our house, "Au Cœur Du Volcantal."

Important House Rules for an Enjoyable Stay:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and in common areas.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Consumer products (e.g., paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters) and food items (e.g., coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper) are not provided.

Linens and towels are available for rental, as they are not included. Toilet paper is provided. For your convenience, you can place your grocery orders at Intermarché Drive in Murat.

Additional Information:
- A security deposit of €200 is required with your rental contract before arrival. (Refer to the contract sent by email.)
- Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility; otherwise, a €100 fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
- Check-out is by 10 a.m.

Please note that arrivals or departures outside of these hours may incur an additional charge of €20 per person.
