You will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, featuring an electric hob, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The dining area has a table for six people, and there is a cozy lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV, as well as a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Additionally, there is a water room with a closed toilet. Outside, a spacious terrace awaits you, facing west for breathtaking sunset views. The terrace is adorned with a lovely dry garden and offers a dining area for six, three deck chairs, and a BBQ. You will appreciate the privacy of this location, as there are no neighboring properties. As a guest of Gîte Le Magnolia, you have access to the shared swimming pool and spa on the estate, which is equipped with a retractable cover. A parking space is also provided for your convenience.
