If you are seeking peace and tranquility in a charming and authentic environment, look no further. I present to you a lovely detached house nestled in a picturesque green setting. This delightful abode is located in Creuse, a region in central France, just 60 km north of Limoges, the renowned international capital of porcelain, and 80 km from Aubusson, the esteemed world capital of tapestry.The ground floor of this house features an entrance, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, and convenient electric heating. Ascend the exterior staircase to find a TV lounge on the upper floor. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace, a garden, complete with furniture and a barbecue, and even a garage to park your car.
The surrounding area offers a myriad of opportunities to connect with nature, including invigorating walks, with a stream just 150 meters away and a forest only 200 meters away. If you enjoy fishing, there is a body of water just 2 km from the house. Additionally, you will find an indoor swimming pool, a lake, tennis courts, and all necessary shops just 8 km away.
During your stay, you will have the chance to savor the flavors of the region, such as Limousine meat, Baronnet lamb, chanterelles, Limousin apples, potato pâté, clafoutis, Creusois cake, and black pork. For those who enjoy hiking, there are numerous marked trails to explore right on your doorstep. The diverse landscapes of Creuse offer rolling hills, like the famous peak of the 3 horns, as well as expansive plateaus, such as the plateau des millevaches.
