Conveniently located near Marineland, Thalazur, golf courses, beautiful beaches, and the charming towns of Antibes and Biot, our guesthouse provides a closed parking area, a refreshing pool, and a sprawling 4000m2 garden. Stay connected with our complimentary WiFi throughout the property.Our studio, named "Charcoal," boasts a stylish and modern decor spread across 20 sqm. It has been transformed into a comfortable guest room, complete with a cozy sofa bed featuring a top mattress made of latex and shape memory. The spacious bathroom includes a luxurious walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience. Inside the studio, you will find a flat-screen TV, a mini-bar, and an electric kettle. The room is situated on the ground floor of the villa, offering picturesque views of a private terrace adorned with flowers, spanning 16m2 and fully equipped. This terrace opens up to the stunning garden and pool area of the property.
