The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, an oven, an electric cooker with four cooking areas, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

A separate room contains a washing machine for your convenience.

Each room in the house is furnished with wardrobes, pillows, and duvets:

- Room 1 features a spacious double bed (1m60) with its own private bathroom and toilet.
- Room 2 offers another comfortable double bed (1m60).
- Room 3 is furnished with two single beds.

Additionally, there is a second separate bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The garden is a delightful feature of the property, complete with a private swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m and reaching a depth of 1m80 at its deepest points. The pool is open from early May to late September. The garden is also equipped with outdoor furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and leisurely relaxation.

Ample parking space is available for up to three cars.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the house.
